CONE 10 REDUCTION

We specialize in cone 10 reduction firings. The temperature and atmosphere of the 4 burner 1100 x 680 x 930 meter kiln is monitored and controlled by a computerized system. The temperature profiles are measured and data logged by pyrometers placed at three levels in the kiln. The kiln gas atmosphere CO and O2 is monitored using a combustion gas analyzer.
