Firing Service
Bisque 06-04 $10/kilo
Stoneware reduction cone 10 $15/kilo.
Plus $3 kilo for studio glazes.

Pottery Classes
Learn the basics with Georgina Scarborough. She will be teaching a four week introductory class starting Monday evenings, February 10th from 5-9pm. For more information visit our Classes page.
Want to learn more? Storm, the studio founder, can show you how to throw larger works on the wheel as well as teaching a variety of decorative techniques.
$50/hour for individual instruction.
Instruction takes place during the Open Studio hours and by appointment.
About Us
Storm and Frant Bucek own and run the studio. Frant is an engineer specializing in metal casting and he is a competitive sailor. Storm has been a member of several community ceramics centers in various parts of the world. Together they combine their skills and artistic vision to create The Foundry Pottery Studio

The Old Foundry
In 1981 Bucek Industries began operating a foundry at 34 Wattlepark Ave in Moolap. It is where the Poppy Kettle Fountain figures and the Melbourne Cricket Club doors were created and cast in bronze and thousands of tons of industrial aluminum, zinc and magnesium castings were produced. The business continues at a purpose built location in Geelong.
